Submit a proposal to be a presenter at the 2024 AFP DFW Philanthropy in Action Conference!

We are pleased to invite you to submit a proposal to present at the 2024 AFP DFW Philanthropy in Action Conference. We expect to receive a large number of proposals, so if you are interested in appearing at the 2024 AFP DFW Philanthropy in Action Conference, please complete the online proposal form no later than Sunday, December 10, 2023. We hope to have the convention schedule assembled in January. And we hope that we'll be seeing you next !

Getting Started

Use the Start a Proposal / Manage My Proposals link at the bottom to view any proposals you've already started or to start a new proposal.

If you'd like to start collecting what you'll need as you enter your proposal, here are some guidelines. You'll be able to enter your bio and contact information, your Co-Presenters bio, the title, the track and skill level, and a description of your proposal. You will also be required to upload a headshot that will be used on the website and potentially in email marketing campaigns and printed materials. You will be able to edit your proposal right up until you submit it.

Regarding those Related Files:

  1. Photo - all proposals are required to upload a photo that will be used on the website and in the conference program. Your photo can be a JPG, JPEG, or TIFF image, and it should be less than 15 MB. A photo is required before you can finalize and submit your proposal.
  2. Presentation / Handout - You will eventually be required to provide a copy of your presentation and any handouts you will use. Those will not have to be uploaded until after selections have been made.

In order for your proposal to be considered, you must FINISH AND SUBMIT the proposal. Proposals that have been started but not submitted using the FINISH AND SUBMIT link on the Proposals Management page will NOT be considered, so please do not forget this important step.
