Location

The 2024 Philanthropy in Action Conference will be held at the DFW Hyatt Regency. Located adjacent to Terminal C in the DFW International Airport, the hotel is centrally located within the North Texas region. With easy access from every major freeway in the region and a complementary shuttle service to all of the DFW International Airport Terminals, getting to the Philanthropy in Action Conference has never been easier.

Free Parking

Parking (including toll access charges) is free to all attendees, including those with a TOLLTAG! Enter DFW Airport Toll Plaza through lanes marked "TICKET OR QR CODE" ONLY. Pull a ticket and provide it to the conference registration desk for validation. DO NOT ENTER through lanes marked TollTag or Cash/Card lanes. Otherwise, your TollTag will be charged and you will be responsible for the daily parking rate. Download the hotel's Know Before You Go flier for parking information.

Directions

From DFW International Airport

Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport offers complimentary 24/7 shuttle service between the hotel and all DFW terminals. To arrange a pick-up from DFW Airport terminals, call (972) 453-1234 or text (972) 325-0899. Please include your name, terminal, gate number, and the number of people in your party. Access the Hyatt shuttle on the terminal's lower level.

From Dallas Love Field Airport

  • Exit Love Field Airport and turn right onto Mockingbird Lane
  • Pass under Harry Hines Blvd and I-35E, and turn right onto TX-183 West
  • Keep left to remain on TX-183 (towards the DFW Airport South Entrance)
  • Turn North into the DFW South Entrance (International Parkway)
  • The Exit to Terminal C is on your left, and then remain in the right lanes through the terminal area to enter the Hyatt Regenc

From Downtown Dallas

  • Travel north on I-35E (Stemmons Freeway) to the TX 183/114 exit (left lanes)
  • Keep left to remain on TX-183 (towards the DFW Airport South Entrance)
  • Turn North into the DFW South Entrance (International Parkway)
  • The Exit to Terminal C is on your left, and then remain in the right lanes through the terminal area to enter the Hyatt Regency.

From Downtown Fort Worth

  • Travel north on TX-121
  • Merge onto I-820 north, then TX-183 east (Airport Freeway)
  • Continue on TX-183 (left lanes – towards DFW Airport South Entrance)
  • Turn North into the DFW South Entrance (International Parkway)
  • The Exit to Terminal C is on your left, and then remain in the right lanes through the terminal area to enter the Hyatt Regency.

From North Dallas

  • Travel west on I-635 (LBJ Freeway)
  • Keep right and follow signs for TX-121 south/TX-114 west/Ft Worth/DFW Airport
  • Keep right to stay on International Parkway
  • The Exit to Terminal C is on your left, and then remain in the right lanes through the terminal area to enter the Hyatt Regency.

From Arlington

  • Travel north on TX-360 and exit on TX-183 east (Airport Freeway), following signs for DFW South Entrance
  • Turn North into the DFW South Entrance (International Parkway)
  • The Exit to Terminal C is on your left, and then remain in the right lanes through the terminal area to enter the Hyatt Regency.

Additional Routes / Considerations

  • You can enter from either the north or south entrance into the DFW Airport (International Parkway)
  • Please be sure to use only the lanes marked "TICKET OR QR CODE" ONLY in the Toll Plaza.
  • When coming from the George Bush Turnpike (TX-161), exit either on TX-183 west (South Entrance) or TX-114 west (North Entrance)
