Registration Table

• Assist with the registration/check-in of conference attendees
• Provide directions and general information
• Requires early arrival on the day of the event

Event Details Volunteer

• Display directional signage at site
• Set up sponsor and session signage
• Make copies for speakers needing additional handouts/materials
• Assist with Registration
• Direct attendees to keynote and session rooms
• Assist Conference Committee members with miscellaneous tasks the day of the event

Hospitality Room Host

• Individuals who are not interested in attending the sessions. Need High School or College students to help with this.

Speaker Host / Room Monitor

• Meet and greet session speakers in designated room before session begins
• Confirm that speaker has all equipment and materials needed for session
• Introduce speaker to session participants and present gift
• Assist speaker with materials and handouts for session participants

Exhibitor / Sponsor Relations

• Assist exhibitors and sponsors with miscellaneous tasks and special requests the day of the event
